Pahamify is a well-known Education Technology (EdTech) company in Indonesia that aims to help Indonesian students discover the authentic joy of learning by blending technology, filmmaking, and game design. Our goal is to revolutionize education with gamification principles and appropriate technological resources. Since 2019, we have developed a learning app ( http://pahamify.com ) which is currently downloaded by more than 1 million users and contains thousands of interesting premium animated learning videos, quizzes, and summaries. Currently, we have two flagship products: standardized national try-out and live streaming for learning that help millions of students able to achieve their dreams.

Job Description

• Study company products
• Translate technical details into benefits for the user
• Follow and analyze market trends to position products
• Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)
• Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)
• Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies
• Test marketing product features, releases, and ad copy
• Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
• Create content such as case studies, videos, website copy, and blog posts
• Speak and present about products to both external and internal audiences
• Test new goods and products
• Propose and keep campaign within a budget
• Research competitor offerings
• Recruit and develop a team of product marketing executives

Qualifications

• Candidate must process at least a Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Have 3-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or market research.
• Prior experience in copywriting
• Experience in the following channels & capability integrated digital/non-digital channel planning, content marketing, email marketing, website, webinar, SEO/SEM, and social media.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
• Effective in time management and plan execution.
• Having experience in large brand campaign participation.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
