Pahamify is an EdTech company based in Bogor, Indonesia. Our aim is to help the youth in Indonesia discover the authentic joy in learning by blending technology, filmmaking, and game design. Currently, we have two flagship products: http://pahamify.com (an android learning app) and http://youtube.com/hujantandatanya (a YouTube channel).

Job Description

• Review and analyze published content in Pahamify’s apps
• Acknowledging and resolving student’s questions in Pahamify’s apps.
• Resolve content problems by clarifying the student’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
• Report complaint and provide improvement suggestions
• Support Content Initiative.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Mastering in junior and high school lessons
• Required Skill(s): time management, good communication skills, creatove writing, empathy, analytical thinking skills
• Have a good knowledge and understanding about a good quality content
• Have big attention to detail
• Able to work on a tight deadline
• Willing to continuously learn new skills needed for the job.
