Job Description
- Review and analyze published content in Pahamify’s apps
- Acknowledging and resolving student’s questions in Pahamify’s apps.
- Resolve content problems by clarifying the student’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
- Report complaint and provide improvement suggestions
- Support Content Initiative.
Qualifications
- Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Mastering in junior and high school lessons
- Required Skill(s): time management, good communication skills, creatove writing, empathy, analytical thinking skills
- Have a good knowledge and understanding about a good quality content
- Have big attention to detail
- Able to work on a tight deadline
- Willing to continuously learn new skills needed for the job.
